Kylie’s areas of practice include litigation and dispute resolution, insolvency and restructuring, commercial and financial services law, ASIC regulatory investigations, criminal law and debt recovery.
Originally starting with Madisons Lawyers in 2008, Kylie brings a depth of financial services law experience to the firm having recently completed a term with ASIC’s Financial Services Enforcement Team. During this time, she was involved in a number of investigations and Court proceedings arising from suspected breaches of the Corporations Act and ASIC Act, including criminal prosecutions, civil penalty proceedings and banning actions.
Focusing on quickly understanding her clients’ needs, Kylie provides effective solutions and enjoys helping her clients understand their options and feel confident in the decisions they make.
Kylie was admitted to practice in 2008 after completing a double degree in law and media, then a year of articles at an eastern suburban firm. Advising both corporate and individual clients, she has experience in all Victorian Courts and the Federal Court of Australia.
